Privacy policy
Records Office is operated by Alex Haynes ("we"). It is currently used only by its operator.
What it accesses
- Details of recordings in a connected Pocket account.
- Google Calendar events, read-only.
- A Sign in with Apple account identifier.
How it is used
Only to organize the account holder's own recordings and show them in the app. Data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
Hosting and AI service providers process data only on our behalf to provide the service, under terms that do not allow them to keep it or use it for their own purposes.
Google user data
Records Office's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar data is used only to provide the app's features to the account holder and is not shared with anyone else.
Security
Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit; account credentials are encrypted at rest.
Deletion
Email alex@alexhaynes.org to delete all stored data. Google access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; revoking it stops all calendar reads.
